InterAction's now TriVergent’s original program designer, Brad has pioneered the development of experiential and transformative training methods since the early 1970's. A Doctor of Psychology, Vice President of the Berkeley Center for Human Interaction, co-founder of the Institute for Human and Family Relations, an author, and co-founder of an international educational charity called the Kairos Foundation - he has developed all the ground-breaking technologies our company offers. Drawing on his vast experience, natural creative vision and exceptional insight into human development, Brad's contribution to people and to businesses is unique.
ANN MCMASTER, MA, LPC
As a founding partner of InterAction US, a strategic partner to Belay, Ann’s focus is bringing leading edge ‘human technologies’ into the corporate culture, revitalizing performance creativity, and profoundly affecting the bottom line. Ann empowers employees to take ownership of the organizations' issues and challenges, while enabling them to learn from everything that happens. She began the journey into the corporate sector while she lived in South Africa, where she consulted with insurance companies, engineering and law firms, banks, hotels, and some sectors of the new South African government. Ann continued on, and gained an international reputation as a mentor and trainer in breakthrough processes and techniques that enable both individuals and corporations to reach their fullest potential.
She has trained corporate teams throughout the world including the United States, Great Britain, New Zealand, Colombia, Trinidad and South Africa for BP, Total, Unilever, Georgia Pacific, Capella University, and many others. Ann also trains and coaches internal capability, supporting corporations to sustain their forward progress. Her creativity and ingenuity have been enhanced by many years of working as a successful psychotherapist.
One of Ann’s many specialties is her ability to continually diagnose a corporate culture and design and deliver highly evaluated interventions, team building skills and executive leadership competencies. She excels at giving team members and leaders the tools that maintain the attitudinal and behavioral shifts that they learn in the InterAction US workshops.
WILLIAM D. B. HOLT
William has been inspiring corporations and leaders since 1984. He founded the Meta-Institute in northern California in 1992 and led teams and executives from Chevron, Toyota, Bank of America, Bechtel and others. In his early career, he worked for Time and Life magazines in Chicago and Amsterdam winning awards and a promotion.
Then he took a ten year hiatus to become a singer and actor performing mostly in
Chicago and New York appearing in productions of Man of La Manca, Camelot,
Scaramouche and Tom Jones. He also won a place as lead singer for the New
Educationally, he has been a student of the human psyche for the past three decades doing graduate work in Sports and Motivational Psychology, Organizational Engineering, NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy.
Also a principal and co-founding partner of InterAction US, he collaborates with InterAction UK and leads major coaching projects for Unilever Corporation working with executives and teams in eleven different countries for the last six years. He and his business partner Ann have been working with BP on a major coaching and training project for the last three years that has received acclaim as a Best Practices model worldwide. He is also working in Europe for a major financial services company delivering leadership skills and training to their top 3,000 executives.
William focuses the organization on improving results-oriented behavior and their leaders' ability to motivate performance-related behavior. His insight into people, exceptional ability to listen, ability to sustain the bigger vision, and great sense of humor make him a highly popular consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach and mentor.
Managing Director and co-founder of award winning change agency InterAction, for fourteen years, Janet founded Momentis at the beginning of 2006.
Janet has been working in, and consulting to, organizations for almost thirty years, following an initial career as an accountant (articled with Coopers & Lybrand). Her extraordinary capacity to internalize an organisation’s culture, or a person’s reality delivers first class results in the achievement of their goals. She is an especially powerful personal coach – her experience and talents as a businesswoman combine with her coaching skills to deliver great results with business leaders at the most senior levels.
She is passionate about recognition and respect and is a model for the kind of collaboration clients seek, but rarely find in other suppliers. Among her many satisfied clients she has served Unilever worldwide in many capacities for the last ten years. And her work with British Airways, Major International Banking and Financial institutions, Top Retail Distributors, Automobile Manufacturers, World Class Accounting Firms, Radio and Television Stations give her a breadth of experience and wisdom that finds her in much demand.
ADRIANA HUITRON HOLT
When Adriana was born her metronome was set on high. As anyone who has
worked with her will tell you, she has a lofty work ethic that has won her many
awards, acknowledgements, friends and admirers. She is a natural, strong leader with high implementation and evaluation capacity. Adriana facilitates the making of productive and connecting environments through working creatively with teams, direct reports and upper management. She has a laser like eye to read environments to find the right solution and right way in.
Her education is a well rounded combination of arts and sciences. She has major in art from the “Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes.” and a major in psychology from the Iberoamericana University so she can speak from both sides of her brain. Simultaneously at that university for five years, she experienced working with children who had cancer, violent parents, unwanted babies, youth with addictions and coordinated social activities in the Mexican sierras.
After the university Adriana decided to focus on the change management aspect of business joining Frito-Lay / Sabritas as the Organizational Development Chief for two years. Following this she took the opportunity that she had been waiting for to join Unilever and spent five years there where she was invited to join a fast-track talent program. There she helped to build a broad overview about business and its interaction with human resources. With Unilever she gained international experience in the work near and dear to her heart as change catalyst in both Santiago, Chile and in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.
Adriana is a warm, discerning personality who rapidly masters whatever task she takes on. She likes long-range planning and strategic thinking and balances this with a love of people and what motivates them. She delivers under pressure and has great follow through. She is blending all her skills together now with TriVergent International as she merges her assets of system analyst, change agent, program developer, corporate trainer and coach.

Whether it’s Spain, Aruba, Switzerland, South America and the Middle East -- or
anywhere in the United States, Holly is an expert at bringing together diverse
organizations and cultures to create a dedicated team of professionals working toward a common goal. Her extensive international background and corporate communications expertise working domestically and abroad has helped some of the world’s leading companies to improve performance, increase sales and build brands (among them, Shell Oil, Stewart and Stevenson, American General and Hewlett Packard). From merger communications, change management Initiatives and cultural transitions to focus groups, leadership development and strategy sessions, Holly’s expertise in designing, planning and facilitating training and development workshops has helped align leadership teams across lines of business and borders.
An advocate for responsible corporate and personal stewardship, Holly is known for her passion and compassion for all life and our planet. She is Founding President and Chair of an international animal welfare organization and she recycles just about everything. A lifelong student, Holly has just completed her Masters in Applied Behavioral Sciences – Consulting and Coaching in Organizations.
